When will my plan start?
Order before 4pm and your plan starts the next day. Orders placed after 4pm begin two days later. You pick the exact start date while ordering.
When are meals delivered?
All meals for the day are delivered together in the morning, between 7:30 and 10:30am.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Mumbai, with free delivery on all meal plans.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes. Pause anytime with no penalties, and restart when you are ready.
Do menus repeat?
No. The menu changes on a 30-day cycle, so you will not see the same meal twice in a month.
Can meals be customised to my needs?
Yes. Every plan is configurable by days, meals per day and food preference, and our nutrition expert personalises it further after a free consultation.
